Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on treatment that works with the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By identifying and releasing areas of restriction, CST helps support nervous system function and overall regulation.
This approach may help reduce pain, improve stress response, support sleep, and enhance overall well-being. It is commonly used for individuals experiencing chronic pain, headaches or migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and sensory sensitivities.
CST is appropriate for patients of all ages and is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the bones of the skull, face, and mouth, the spine, and the sacrum (tailbone), along with the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. This system plays an important role in how the nervous system functions and how the body regulates itself.
The body has a subtle, natural rhythm created by the movement of this fluid. Using very light touch (about the weight of a nickel), the practitioner feels for areas where this rhythm may be restricted.
By gently working with these areas, CST aims to release tension in the surrounding tissues, support the nervous system, and help the body return to a more balanced, regulated state.
Craniosacral Therapy is recognized by leading healthcare institutions as a complementary therapy that may support relaxation, pain management, and nervous system regulation.
